Morning Arts and Music Session "Time Of The Seasons"

Afternoon Theater Session "Frozen Jr."
​(12:30pm-3pm)

    $750 for Morning Arts & Music Program ($250 deposit)
    $750 for Afternoon Theater Program ($250 deposit)
    ​$1500 for both programs

    ​(complete one form for each child)
    If it is really important your child may request to be placed with ONE other child. Requests will only be honored if both children request each other. This request must be in advance on this form only.   
    Please remember that your child's registration is not complete until we receive your $250 deposit or full payment. Make sure to also complete the Medical Release Form when registering. Once we have received your deposit, a space will be reserved. Thank you.
    *Point Loma Arts Academy maintains a website at www.plartsacademy.com. In the event that we place pictures of your child on the web and/or social media sites, we need your permission to do so (names of children WILL NOT be posted).
